Tauzin Consultants is principally a government relations, business development and business incubation firm, specializing in the areas of health care, financial services, energy and environment, telecommunications, transportation, and infrastructure development.
The firm’s consultants include former U.S. Congressman and former U.S. House Energy and Commerce Chairman W.J. “Billy” Tauzin and his son Thomas Tauzin. Other members of the firm include Principal Mimi Simoneaux Kneuer, Associate Michael Meirovitz, and Executive Assistant Aidan Adams. Collectively, the team has spent years and years on and off Capitol Hill, along the way learning how Washington, DC works, but just as importantly, how it fails to work.
