The International Business Accelerator is a joint venture between the Community Vitalization Council, a non-profit focused on local economic development, and K5 Ventures, an early-stage venture fund that partners with and invests in technology-driven businesses led by visionary founders.The IBA was started in 2014 with support from the US Small Business Administration The IBA is pleased to announce the partnership with Long Beach City College and the Los Angeles Network of the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC). The IBA@LBCC is hosted in LBCC Building O-2 (4900 E Conant St, Long Beach) and the program is open to companies throughout Southern California. Special incentives are available to companies wanting to locate in Long Beach. The International Business Accelerator is an intensive program that works with companies to develop: International Readiness Product Readiness Funding Readiness The participants will learn from industry experts and will: Emerge with company specific international marketing plan with a clear path to execution. Receive business coaching and support through first international sale. Develop a funding plan including introduction to potential investors.
